lyrics
you wanted to go out to have a drink or two
cause there’s no one who has got time for you
so now we’re sitting here, and i’m drinking beer
but what the hell
stop looking at your fucking smartphone
i try to keep a conversation going on
i don’t care how many friends you have in your virtual reality
stop looking at your fucking smartphone
i try to keep a conversation going on
i don´ t care how many friends you have in your virtual reality
no rules to follow
that is disrespectful, look at me when i’m talking to you
turn off that shit man or i’ll organize a hitman
i’m just kidding, I give you two minutes to twitter to your ten followers
that you have a little salad with a good friend at the best bar in town
no rules to follow
no rules to follow
you used to be really cool
but now you’re just an anti-social fool
with an anti-social tool
please go home and play minecraft where you can build a majestic castle
take a ride on a roller coaster in your own community
no rules to follow
no rules to follow

Energetic DIY skate-punk, it's over before it's barely begun; yet crams more hooks into a collection of two minute sonic blasts than most pop acts could manage with double the running time. Tristan

I've been needing some new Wilhelm Scream. and Since they won't come out with new stuff, I'm dam fuckin happy I found these shredders! Lots of respect from Minnesota! mitcherooski
The Minneapolis band add a horn section, a running surrealist allegory about walls, and an occasional nod to the elegiac to their electroshocked post-punk. Bandcamp Album of the Day Mar 4, 2024

I love it. Have to agree with still bummed: this packs an emotional punch but rocks hard. I've played this whole album repeatedly over the last week which is unusual for me. Exhilarating, poignant, intelligent, melodic. Robin Ward
